I have my SN, and something to keep it down...,but no Benzos. What could I take instead that's over the counter and could help me make my trip easier ? I'm in a lot of pain right now physical and mental.

Straight up? Opioids.
Google CWE codeine (hopefully you have no tolerance), there is a way to extract codeine from the paracetamol then either swallow or plug the solution up your ass (literally), you have a lesser chance of vomiting.
You can do the pharmacy shop, so go to as many pharmacies as possible and ask for co-codamol. If it's a male they won't care, if female say it's for your girlfriend who uses it monthly, they will know what you mean.
If you need help with deciding to ctb, I'm not they guy you want lol

Have you read Stan's guide, the main ingredient is SN everything else is a bonus, sorry you can't go on with your life. I hope you have explored and exhausted all your options before taking the devils dust, I had two friends who ctb with SN and one was unresponsive around 16 mins and the other was 20 mins so I think it works quite painlessly and fast.

Well it's my preferred method for ctb.

Tell me about it you get to meet people and they ctb, the women was quick I kept asking any pain and she said no, she said she can't explain, feels funny then cold and the room was spinning and was unresponsive all in 16 minutes.

I think you need to get the quantity right I am large build so I will increase my dose to 30g she used 25g in 50ml water.

There's a chance of vomiting, but it's not 100%. In case of that I'd just keep another glass ready

yeah that would be enough.tramadol is also good at supressing SI.
