Venting Things are getting worse and I'm not seeing much ways through this.

Quick post. Severe burnout. Not enough support. Not enough money. Not able to manage anything. Been tryna find solutions but cannot. Running out of... I dunno. Within my own struggles Im not able to see a way through much anymore

Super tired rn writing this so... thats all more details but thats the gist. I dunno maybe the help I need I'll be able to find or someone maybe will be able to help me find it bc I can't do this alone anymore. Autonomic dysfunction. My body isn't really working anymore... so. Yeah. I dunno. Anyway. Shall just keep tryna maintain my mind & body but im.... I don't really want to live much anymore at least not like this where im barly surviving.

Hello @Livingvsdying25 . I just saw that you posted again after quite some time. You once said that you didn't enjoy posting on here too much anymore, but I just wanted to say that I'm always glad for your posts and for sharing your experiences.

I hear you. I've been having unexplained symptoms for a while and I think it may be dysautonomia or some other autonomic nervous system issue.

I only post on here when I'm heavily suicidal and on the brink so I don't like being at this place. Posting on here is my only sense of community, undrrstanding, expression etc at times. So yeah.... thnx for the reply. I appreciate it.

I appreciate your reply and I very much appreciate it when you take the time and share your expreiences. They are always very self-reflective and honest, which I like.
