Hello guys, so a few months ago i ordered SN from a source i was given by a member of SS, and it seems to have high purity which is good, i have it stored in a safe, away from light, which is good.

But recently i ordered meto from an online indian pharmacy which seems to be legit, and it arrived my country in Europe, but it got stuck on customs, and i have now learned that when meds come through in my country from overseas, they have to be analyzed by specialists and all that, and i was hoping they would clear the customs but... turns out they didn't allow for the meto to come through and it got returned back to the sender..

I don't even understand why would they refuse meto to pass through, since by itself it's not harmful..

i was really planning on taking SN with my meto soon, but now they messed up my plans..

Does anyone have any suggestions? Idk what to do, i know you can CTB without meto but there is a higher chance of failure that way.. isn't it?

I don't think i would suceed asking to a doctor for meto, i wouldn't know what to say without looking suspicious.

Has anyone successfully obtained meto through a local doctor?

Almost all countries have strict rules and regulation on meds. If customs finds (prescription) meds they are most likely seized. It's different if you're traveling you are allowed to carry a supply for up to 90 days with you. It won't be seized. Check you local laws and regulations on that.

this is exactly what I fear will happen to me, as I'm currently awaiting my Meto from an indian pharmacy. but the good news is: you don't necessarily need Meto for SN, it just helps increase your chances of success. there are many who pulled it off without an AE. so push comes to shove, you can always attempt without Meto if you really need to take your leave.

as for getting a doc to prescribe it, it's unlikely unless you get lucky. They'll usually tell you to use other antiemetics first like OTC ones, and even if they prescribe you something they may end up giving you Zofran or something else, which will not work for SN since you need a D2 receptor antagonist like Meto or Domperidone.

The thing is, how would i get the meto anyways? Would you suggest going a different country where i could get the meds and then travel back to my hometown with them?

Well, i hope it goes well with you, but there seems to be a high chance your product will be seized, but who knows? Perhaps you can be lucky and it might pass through!

Well, i might have to try to get it with a doctor, even if it's a doctor online, i might have to pay for a consultation, but if am sucessful with it, it'd be worth it for sure.

I will make my research and try to get it locally, since i will not be able to get it online :(

Well i hope you find peace, whatever your approach might be 🙏

Honestly, yes I would consider traveling if possible.

I read in one of the threads here that quetiapine is an option that could help prevent throwing up. I plan to use this as part of my 48 hr regime (for OD, given up on SN in Canada)

Seroquel will not work as a stat dose. There is a good thread on this. I would read it.

Circle and now I can't get reglan
