That must be really disappointing, I find it so cruel and horrible how assisted suicide isn't already avaliable. But anyway best wishes, I hope that you eventually find freedom from your suffering.

I'm sorry to hear about that too, I had hopes that I would long term be able to become a citizen of Canada and someday qualify for that, but hearing such news (and potentially worse news such as further postponements and/or even the rollback of MAID - depending on who is in power), just means that it is not a viable means for me. I guess I would resort to DIY means to exit suffering, even if it does end up being a brutal, violent method. I wish you peace in whatever method or choice you decide to come to.
