Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Tomorrow I have therapy and I promised to bring my rope to the next session. We want to talk about my suicide. I know it is uncommon however my therapist understands suicidal ideas. Howevee I dont want to waste my next session talking about suicide because it wont change a thing.
I've talked to my psychologist about my plans before. It honestly felt relieving to hear a normal person understand what's going through my mind and why I want to kill myself. It also helps them for future sessions. I don't think it's a waste, but rather an investment. I think you should definitely at least try and see how things go. The worst case is that one session of many was wasted. Oh well, it happens. I know right now it might seem like a waste of time, but you can't predict the future, you can only live in the present moment. At the very least this can't hurt you, right?
