When I die, you'll love me.

So I'm very honest in therapy, my therapist knows a lot about me - especially being suicidal. I often talk about the methods or how I plan to go for example.
To me, being honest about your reality doesn't mean you're less likely to not go ahead with it. In my personal experience people directly tell you their plan, their pain and then they CTB.
So I have conversations with my therapist about how I'm feeling and she blackmails me by saying that I'll make her lose her job because she would feel useless or that she'd be investigated as she is meant to prevent my death.
How do I deal with this?
I don't understand why therapists are so afraid of talking about suicide when surely it's their profession to be direct about it?
