So the world could end because of me soon. I've been warned. My ctb will stop it though, if I can get the courage. Although I guess many people here probably hope I chicken out so that the world does end. It's a pretty fucked up set of choices anyway.

I'm not stupid, you want to discourage my ctb so that the world will end and then you don't have to worry about getting courage to ctb.

You most certainly are being rash. At best you'll traumatise a perfectly innocent driver/passenger(s) for life. At worst you'll kill them and others ruining multiple lives. Wonderful "planning".

I hope you realise that I think a lot of you as a member. You are always empathetic and compassionate towards others. I also don't mean to belittle what you're feeling or thinking but...

If I'm correct, you've been convinced of this since you joined the site nearly two years ago. If the world was so dependent on you, wouldn't if have ended by now already? Sure, bad things continue to happen but, they always have- stretching hundreds of years back from when you were born. But, I'm not going to deny that it must be utter hell to really be convinced of this. I'm sorry you are still suffering so much.

As others have said, you're having a 'Psychotic Episode' . You are hearing things that are not there (hallucinations) and believing things that are not true (delusions). You need to seek medical treatment.

There's plenty of mentally unwell people on this site so you can be assured people on here do know what they're talking about in that regard.

I am getting treatment, we're just focusing on therapy rather than meds for now.

I know no one can fix this though, and that it is real, they just don't understand.

You know the old saying.... "when everyone else thinks you're wrong and only you think you're right, YOU'RE WRONG."

It's a Psychotic Episode. Seek treatment. Tell them what you're thinking of doing. They'll soon change the treatment.

I am getting treatment from a team specialising in psychosis dw . They do know that the system wants me to die and why, just not the method (although i did mention method in initial assessment form months ago but not sure it made my notes ) as can't share that.

They know a lot more than i'm sharing here and therapy rather than meds is a joint decision with professionals who know me better and i've been working with the team for a while. So respectfully they're better placed to decide best treatment than strangers who read a short post online
