Tonight we tried to recreate our favourite yum cha menu items:
Siu Mai – Chinese pork & prawn steamed dumplings

Mango pancakes - except we made strawberry ones because my partner hates mango.

They were so good, tasted just like being at yum cha!

I really don't know, I already cooked for someone else. Had leftovers I made and regretted it but some of the pain is easing up a little bit, I might try a few scoops of chocolate icecream or maybe a single slice of pizza.
