I constantly have the urge to do self destructive things. (Things like cutting myself, being mean to other people, giving up on/sabotaging personal projects, binge eating etc.) Even when I'm doing well I still want to destroy and punish myself. It just feels natural. It's strange. I think it's an ingrained part of my personality at this point.

Same here, mate, seems like my self hatred is the only fuel that helps to continue this existence. The main pre workout. Others do tend to see this as insanity.

I've been self destructing for a very long time, I honestly have my girl in the other room and she's completely oblivious to how I honestly would rather be ashes in an urn than continue to fake being a person for much longer. I've ruined everything I've ever had, and I've been fooled by people I thought were real to the point that I've become become completely numb. Nothing makes sense and happiness have become such an unobtainable goal that I tend to start shit just to watch the fireworks.
