Discussion The urge to relapse further?

Do you guys ever wish that when you harm yourself, you wish you did more to your body? Like I relapsed last night but it was only 3 cuts, I wish I did more on both arms but I didn't, makes me feel unworthy and pathetic, y'know?

I was never into self harm. Honestly, I don't understand it to this day. I guess there might be some relief in translating emotional pain to physical pain, but that never happened to me. It's not even that I'm afraid of the pain, it's that it wouldn't bring me (personally) anything but.

Yes every time I'm cut I'm dissatisfied whenever it's only surface level. The time I went down to fat I felt so good about it.
I always think/have the desire to should cut deeper and deeper no matter what or cut as mush as possible.

All cuts are healed !!
Just dealing with dryness and itchiness Xd

Yes, it never feels like enough. I have hundreds of cuts from my wrist to bicep and i just add dozens more every day. Something about it gets very addicting the more you do it.
