I think the universe is indifferent to our struggles.
People die in random, shitty, uncalled-for ways over stupid things.
Children starve and die from war crimes.
Young adults are beheaded over believing the "wrong" religion or pushed off of buildings for liking the same gender.
But Sarah from Illinois believes that God and the universe are concerned about her finding the perfect man to marry.
Steven from California is thinking "God won't really let me die a virgin right?"
The universe doesn't care about your struggles, nor does it have a plan for your life.
Your destiny is in the universe's hands.

I agree with you.

I've seen people claim suicide makes no sense because the universe is indifferent to your death, but I feel that it is also indifferent to your living.

You could be a world leading politician or a billionaire CEO or a respected physician, but eventually nothing would matter. All our lives come to an end.
