The time is upon me

Well Folks,

Now the time has come to say farewell to you all.

Within the next hour or so I will have a nice shower, put on shorts and a t shirt and go to bed where I will injest SN and depart this life.

Thank you for all of the support you have given me and others, I don't have any great vision of what come afterwards only that I will go to sleep and not wake up if it goes as expected. I couldn't get the required things in Stans Guide so I will be drinking more and more until it has done what it's expected to do, I expect it to be pretty grim doing it with the bare basic substance but it was either this or Beachy Head.

I just wanted to say to those who are not sure to seek help and to grab it whoever offers it, you don't have to end up like me if you have other options out there, so damn well take them please.

I only leave with love and compassion for everyone, no anger, no hatred and definitely no desire to hurt others.

I will keep this going for an hour or so until the final elements where it will join all the iPads in the sky so to speak.

Please if you have another option then take it, you might not feel it but you are loved, at least by me

Peace to you all and may you find the strength to face and overcome life's struggles and if it's too much then I will await you with open arms
