The SN plan is up and running

So my plan is this week to be the climatic week.I'm seeing a bunch of users failing at SN for whatever reason,so any feedback for holes in my plan are much appreciated.I have Plasil as my antiemetic,Its 10 mg pills.

Day 1-9:30 pm take Plasil
Day 2-5:30 am take Plasil
Day 2-1:30 pm take Plasil
Day 2-9:30 pm take Plasil
Day 3-(fasting for this entire day) 5:30am take Plasil
Day 3-1:30 pm take Plasil
Day 3-9:30 pm take Plasil
Day 3-10:00 pm--SN drink-25 grams of SN with 50 ml of water.Then go to bed.

-Is it advised for me to chew gum or something to aliviate the taste of the SN?
-If i feel the urge to vomit,is there anything I can do?

Some advise for only an 8 hour fast as longer periods of fasting can build up stomach acid and can make you likelier to vomit. This of course varies person to person so if you are comfortable with the fasting period then there's nothing wrong with it.

If you have access to beta blockers or benzos I would recommend including them, if not then they aren't necessary, just a luxury.

Some people opt for a small piece of candy for the taste (and as a final treat), I've heard some people use mouthwash. Gum should be fine.

There's nothing you can really do to prevent vomiting. 99% of people are going to vomit. All you can do is let it happen, that's why we use such a high dose so we can attempt to guarantee enough stays in the body and gets absorbed. Some people recommend making 2 backup cups just in case you vomit up too much but from what I have seen most are not able to handle a second cup.

Yes I've read that a full day might be too much so I guess I'll go for the ''middle ground'' and do 12 hours of fasting.I have 1 kg of SN haha so if I vomit i can theoretically drink more if I'm able to handle it.

Some suggest an antacid as well to help reduce the amount of acid in your stomach. Luckily this is very easy to buy so I would recommend it

Yes its a good idea to chew gum or a mint to help with the taste.
Also, you should probably make a 2nd cup of SN. If you vomit too soon after drinking 1st cup, you may want to consider drinking the 2nd cup
