The right SN order

Hello all, I have finally found a SN dealer online and I am planning to place an order but don't know which one is the right option so can anyone let me know. I included a image of the options.

I'm really sorry but I searched it up and I'm not understanding the numbers, can anyone who understands it let me know which is the best option to choose and if the second option works because that's like affordable for me. Thank you

You just need to make sure it is >95% SN. Other than that, the "grade" (ACS, CP, etc) does not matter.
