I'd suggest you leave it there, your points have been made and anyone reading these exchanges objectively will quickly deduce that you are not the asshole.

This is what I meant when I said let them hang themselves with their own rope - metaphorically not literally. He's exposing his true colours more and more as is a certain other person. I agree . I really like the philosophy of Philipp Mainlander. Ive never actually read his works, they're somewhat difficult to come by and I'm unmotivated to some extent. He suggests that the big bang was actually gods suicide or destruction and that our lives are the slow death of god or the universe. Our universe as we know it is just slowly dying, time is an illusion, this could all be happening in a split second even though we perceive it as taking forever. All of our suffering and tragic dramas are just the slow death of the universe and existence itself. Our suicide expedites the suicide of another all encompassing suicide. Ruled over by the self styled 'General'. But from what I've read and heard about it it was a pretty cool place back in the early 2000's.
