They didn't even make SN. They used the wrong ingredients. Took too much water and tried to finish with NitrAte. So yea...

Supposed to call office to have them look for them. I've asked for help so much with these kids though I know my jobs on the line. Hopefully I can make it til spring break im April and finally just pull the plug

Crap! Now I've been up for an hour or two and I'm getting tired and now everyone else is getting up! LOL! I may have to lie down and just close my eyes. Actually I doubt I'll go to sleep anyway even though I'm tired because I'm going to keep waking up every so often and checking my phone to see if @MysticPerception has shown up yet.

I hate it every time I wake up and I get jerked back into my body or back into consciousness or whatever the hell it is. All I know is it feels horrible every time it happens.

I always end up doing that full body jerk right before I fully fall asleep. Sometimes it pisses me off because it wakes me back up.

I've been keeping an eye out for Mystic too.

Yeah, I do too but could also never rush it. I could understand taking a chance with not having an AE, but to not have the single most important item needed. It's just too risky.

I just got picked up and am heading to work. I am going to be checking in often (or as much as I can). I have anywhere from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours still I start so I'm here still.

I read a post recently where someone tried to use inert gas/exit bag, except didn't have a regulator for their cylinder, and didn't have the exit bag.....they basically followed none of the instructions and complained that it failed.

i think mystic said the earliest she might be back to write is 11:00 ish? unless she oversleeps til after noon and misses her window to CTB.

I read a post recently where someone tried to use inert gas/exit bag, except didn't have a regulator for their cylinder, and didn't have the exit bag.....they basically followed none of the instructions and complained that it failed.

The exit bag was appealing to me at one point. But there's too many variables and too much work involved. I'd probably spend months getting it perfect then just end up ripping the bag off accidentally when I'd go to use it.

Me too. I was really hoping her sister leaving would relieve some of the stress she's been feeling. You know how exhausting it is when you have extra family members in the house, especially if they have noisy kids that you have to deal with, which it sounds like her sister did. And then she had all these extra chores to do on top of going to work. I can understand how it all got to be too much for her. I was just hoping that her sister leaving would be enough to calm some of that down and give her a chance to rest and regroup.

Yea I'm sure there are all sorts of guides for it now. I'd originally looked into it years ago. Back when the science of the method just wasn't there yet and the results people were having were very mixed.

i went back to reread what she said about this, and it just broke me. she speaks with such emotional clarity, vividly describing this turmoil. I think i've been depersonalizing to some degree all morning since i first read her post.

I was given pills and offered therapy. I turned down the therapy and didn't take the pills. I realize I didn't really give the system a chance to even try and help me. So if I get caught at least I proved it's not just minor depression take me seriously please and if I wake up in a hospital I'm going to sincerely ask for help because I probably need it. I want to succeed and I want to fail.

The best thing is be supportive, let her vent, and talk her through working out what she wants. Like when I came here screaming after my toilet incident. We have all been in meltdown mode.
