Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

Yep, you can be driven into the poor house really fast. When my husband had cancer all of his medicine was very very expensive and a lot of it wasn't covered by insurance. Luckily, there are lots of charities that will cover the cost of cancer meds. My husband was able to join one of these programs that a charity ran that was able to pay for a lot of his cancer treatments and medications, otherwise he probably wouldn't have been able to afford them. But even with that, we were still spending tens of thousands of dollars or more per year for his cancer treatments.
Hey @Squiddy , can you check with other pharmacies? My mom left one pharmacy because her pills were "too much" at like $80, went to another who said "oh yeah we're cheaper" they were $300! she went back to the other one. Same town!

That's true. From pharmacy to pharmacy everything is different. It's stupid that they make you shop around and all that, but they do. I guess they do it because they can continue to get away with it. They should have a price list and every pharmacy should be forced to charge the same price for the same medicine. And they should be forced to post all the prices somewhere so you could see them, like maybe online or something.

Do you have a deductible to meet? I know mine is $3000 so everything is more expensive until I meet that. Like I'm supposed to have another mri on my liver in Feb and I'll have to pay the full $6000, so I'm refusing to do it.
Omg I just typed up a reply, and the website lost the entire t hing.... it didn't save it, it didn't post it, it just lost it.... and it was beautiful... I'm annoyed... so... very..... annoyed. it just kept on flashing the scroll up icon instead.

Yeah we have to meet a deductible. I think it might be $3,000. In the hospitalization program I'm in, it says I have to meet $500 before it switches to co-insurance.
They need to give us a two minute warning or something. If they're going to do something and knock us off line, they need to post something or whatever saying get whatever you're doing completed in the next five minutes because we're going to be updating the site.

Yeah... or like... not do it in the middle of the day, granted it might not be for them, I get that, but still... some warning, banner appearing, something saying "yo, it's going down for an upgrade!" and no one can miss

When I first started posting images, they weren't getting squished. It's been a while now for me, but most of my images now do seem to get squished. I don't know what that is either. What changed?
I've taken up martial arts again and will got straigt to a training session after work. I need to be focused so that I don't make an ass of myself or injure somebody.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Take care of yourself and your loved ones.

Oof I was wrong. Talked to a social worker and will see a clinician after another hour or so. Also scheduled to come back tmrw....hopefully my health permits that.
It's so weird doing the suicide assessment. I begin to question myself about whether or not lying is the right move. Then I remember what their prerogatives and priorities are.
If I were you, I'd start right away. It's a good complement to medicines. It gives you focus, makes you forget your problems for a moment, and showers your brain with endorphins.
