On a short break now. Waiting for my psychiatrist to come. I think I'm gonna switch back to the injection form of Invega instead of the pills since I suck at taking pills.

Hi all. I hope you're all having a good day. Still no news on the boiler so we're all wrapped up here trying to stay warm. I got a new tattoo today so a bit of pain therapy helped with the bad thoughts. It's my birthday tomorrow so we're taking my daughter to the zoo to see all her favourite animals. Just trying to keep as busy as possible this week.
