I just realized. It is 4:10 and I haven't eaten today. Which is probably why I am shaking. I'm not hungry, but need to eat. I put it in the microwave and keep it in too long. I can't cook!

You don't want it. It was an egg with Turkey sausage that I microwaved too long because Jean4 can't cook and half of it was glued to the bottom of the bowl.

The bowl is now soaking in the sink.

Today is crap. Everytime I start to fall asleep for a nap I have a panic attack. So now I'm awake, my head is killing me, and I can't breath because I'm about to hyperventilate.
