A lot less swollen thankfully today, they said elevate it and ice packs, so I had a hot hot bath and kept on walking! I am now cooking a roast dinner

As we say, in some parts, Muchas Gracias, for the coffee and grub (omlett). Just what the doctor ordered. Well, I would not go see a doctor in this shape, after New Years' Eve. And thanks to @Jean4 for setting the table and opening early for those of us who did not sleep. (even though you pooped out early last night!, I suppose you needed the break after worldwide smooching).
I accept the coffee and will see if it can defeat no sleep. Will be an interesting contest. If I make it, I will see you guys later. Lovely 2020 spread to greet us, thanks.

For me, I will shower and brush my teeth. I tend not to in my depression. Also clean the cat box and dishes. I get that accomplished, I am way ahead of the game.

No diet. But I quit sugar this Christmas. I'm curious to see if it'll make my mood swings less extreme and my body feel less sickly.
