You are having Christmas today? I'm confused (which isn't difficult for me to do.)

No, I'm having my Christmas on Christmas Day. My sister-in-law's family is all meeting this evening at a Japanese restaurant. One of those places where they cook the food at your table and juggle the knives and so on. Her whole family is meeting there this evening and she wanted me to go, so I agreed to go hoping, in vain, that she'll leave me alone on Christmas Day and not invade my space like she did on Thanksgiving.

Red velvet!!!

I had a coworker that brought Red Velvet Cake to a work event. Sorry if this is offensive, but they had an accent, and I spent a few minutes pondering if I should discreetly help them pronounce "Red Velvet" as something other than "Red Vu!va" cake.

Well, I took a video and I've tried to load it on here couple of times now and it gets all the way to the end and then says that it ran into a problem. It's not telling me what the problem is though.
it wasn't all that exciting. It was just the guy throwing the vegetables, meat, and rice Around on a hot surface with two spatulas. The food was pretty good though. I brought most of it home and eat it here where I felt more comfortable. I'm still glad it's over with though. The chef wasn't even Asian.
