The link for the PPeH in the resource compilation isn't working for me?

Does anyone know why the link stopped working? I was just reading some recent threads about it so it seems like it should be working but it's not.


I'm trying to get the most recent edition of the PPeH.

Are you trying to view it on a computer or on your phone?

I can only access this site from my phone, and I am unable to view them.
I click and it just shows as a page/document that will not load.
Oh well for now, I gather what I can from threads and maybe one day I can safely access a computer.

I tried from my tablet and also from my computer. I'll try it from my phone although if it's not working for you it probably won't work for me.

I posted here asking if someone can upload to alt sites. I think that'll fix the issue for the majority of people.

I didn't use Jdownloader since it seems to be ridden with malware based on this post.
