The Korean Method also known as black venous method is peaceful, relatively reliable, cheap, legal, and doesn't require a high degree of technical knowledge. Long thought to be impossible as it can be used in prison, mental institutions, hospices, hospitals etc. Also this method is great for those that want to die peacefully but have limited cognitive or financial resources. Actually this method is similar to the "night night" method and the "coking game" kids play, except this method emphasies targeting very specific points called the baroreceptors instead of the larger carotid arteries. And yes this method was mentioned before in previous threads, but this will be the first thread that will actually give direct links to how to do this method in detail plus give some good information here in this thread. The Korean method is a new addition to the peaceful pill handbook.

I am not going to go into much detail about this method because we have the videos, and pages to this method from the PPH. But in essence the goal with the Korean method is to constrict and block the blood flow of the carotid arteries in both left and right side of the neck by applying pressure to the baroreceptors. This can be done with a medical blood pressure cuff or even just a sheet with some balls. In the PPH they show the use of a yoga mat cut for the job. So blocking the baroreceptors will in turn block oxygen to the brain. Which will result is rapid loss of consciousness. This is not asphyxiation. Like the panic caused by putting a bag over ones head, and it's not like strangulation either, because we can still breathe with this method. It's much different, in that death is achieved through cerebral hypoxia from lack of blood rich oxygen to the brain. One can still breath doing this. All one would be doing is blocking only the baroreceptors on both sides of the neck. The sudden activation of the baroreceptor, or direct stimulation of the vagus nerve can even result in "asystole," which is where the heart stops beating. According to the PPH this method has a 6/10 for reliability only because of technique and practice, but once that is perfected there should be no problem. Additionally hyperventilation and valsalva manoeuver can increase the loss of consciousness with this method.

This technique uses compression, described in Five Last Acts by Chris Docker (p 209-279). It is important not to underestimate the barriers: "technique and practice."

I can't discern specifically exactly how the Korean method is different that the compression methods described in Five Last Acts.

Thank you for sharing this information! The title caught my attention since I am half Korean, and the method appeals to my desire to CTB peacefully.

Here's one, but if you google "Five Last Acts pdf" you'll find a whole bunch of download links. It's kind of a bible for this.

I just spent the last hour or so reading this.

Compression will be my method. In the woods or field behind my house... where no one will find me for hours/days. Delayed messages will be sent.

Tempted to go tonight. I have all the supplies...

I tried practicing this multiple times, to no avail. I've tried applying pressure to the two areas where the pulse beats but I just experience discomfort and nothing happens after a minute. Any tips?

If there is a difference it would be that this method focuses on blocking/pressuring the baroreceptors intead of the whole carotid.

No, have a link?
Yeah right right there in my post. It's the mega links click them.

I'm starting to worry. I use to be able to find that book so easy on torrent websites. But it's no where to be found now. I'm just like WTF. And all those so called links that show up when I google "Five Last Acts pdf" don't work. And even the link you gave to scribd only fully works if you have an account.

this method would be soooo useful for me for all the reasons stated; People who have had success, how did you find that sweet spot we need to put pressure on? I've been pushing on my neck all day and I can't figure it out, please help

I wish to, but ppl would not be helpful, cause it is murder and they won't risk their life, I dont mind paying someone to perform it on me !

in the video-she mentions using a plastic bag aswell-but if this method works in much the same way as night night-what is the extra need for bag-surely that will just cause more fuss and sense of panic too- as its always gonna feel horrible placing a bag over yr head

I can tell this is close comparison to the night night method, but it looks a little bit more difficult. The night night method is one of the two methods I am considering to use to ctb, I have been practicing it for few months, but doesnt seem to be working out for, have looked over the info for it many times, but it doesnt seem to be working for me, dont think I'm getting the right arteries. This looks a bit harder, but will look over the info for this method, maybe it will be easier than I think. Thank you for the info

I'm having the same problem with night night.

My head feels like its going to explode or a bit of dizzyness but I haven't been unconscious.

Can't seem to work out what is going wrong. Its either positioning of the padding or the amount of force being exerted. Apparently when you have the right compression you are out very quickly.

Frustrating.

Those could be factors of why its failing, I'm not too sure, but I have heard some people say they have passed out by just pressing on the arteries with their fingers, I tried it myself, but same as you, my head felt some expanding pressure, but that's it, no passing out
