  • Hey Guest,

Today, OFCOM launched an official investigation into Sanctioned Suicide under the UK’s Online Safety Act. This has already made headlines across the UK.

This is a clear and unprecedented overreach by a foreign regulator against a U.S.-based platform. We reject this interference and will be defending the site’s existence and mission.

In addition to our public response, we are currently seeking legal representation to ensure the best possible defense in this matter. If you are a lawyer or know of one who may be able to assist, please contact us at [email protected].

If you reach out people dismiss you, judge you or go on a moral crusade about how "selfish" and "ungrateful" you are for being suicidal. If you get hospitalised people either guilt trip you or pity you for attempting suicide. God forbid a person successfully dies by suicide the same people who judged now are asking " why didn't they reach out to us, we loved them so much."

How are people supposed to get help when everyone is judging and wants to go moral crusade? Mentally ill can't win either way.

I've often thought it is is people say that who're often selfish. They can only see "you did a thing that made me feel bad, therefore you must be at fault" without ever considering that maybe the person held out as long as they could for other people as selflessly as possible and couldn't take that pain anymore. The idea that someone should have to suffer forever so you don't have to feel bad is selfish. Calling them selfish for not taking pain for you forever is just the cherry on top.

That's not the devil sadly, that's just human nature and the fact that most people are completely selfish and cruel to others. They are completely hypocritical and this is why the human race is the worst species.

I think thats wrong ...it should say the greastest trick that any support worker, doctor, shrink, hotline, nurse.. or a so called friend ever pulled was telling you that suicide is a selfish thing to do...

I would say God is the person who tricked us into believing that, not the devil (if they existed tho)

People are so inconsistent with the way they treat us. Like am I being a burden by saying about it or not? Honestly shows they didn't love us at all cus they would helped us when we are alive. They just expect us to suffer for them so they don't to suffer from our absence, nor having to put any effort into helping us live less painfully.
