The final push to do it

Hey everyone, I wanted to ask if any of you had an attempt, what was it that gave you the final push?
Did you do it impulsively or was there maybe some dispute moments before your attempt a dispute with family or friends? Was it a long planned attempt after you reflected your life you made the decision just like as if you'd make a pro/contra list for something and then decided?

Whenever I saw goodbye posts here and then the person disappeared forever I found it so surreal, maybe I just find the whole topic death really strange.

I had lots of dreams and wishes for my life but now I'm 26 and I realized those wishes will never come true but instead i'll always suffer from mental pain. But still I find it so unfair that I must go through this suicide process: choosing a method, planning it, researching, find a place to do it etc… I mean what the hell I am 26 people in my age enjoy their life go to parties, have fun, go to fancy restaurants , travel, work and try to get better to find a better job etc and then i see my own terrible life….

In my case, I only remember an extreme feeling of shame that I wasn't able to handle it. Then I knot a necktie and tried to hang myself (Partial).
I didn't make any suicide letter or goodbye post. I only wanted to get rid of a feeling. It was my only serious suicide attempt. The others I called "Temptations", specially when high positions to jump where available.
The next occasion I'll be more "formal", with a suicide letter and goodbye post.

that feeling of "damn, i can't handle it anymore" constantly being there. i tried partial a ton of times and it didn't work at all

You know it's coming you know that once you start you can't back down, you don't think about it and make the actions as organic as possible... it will all end eventually.

It's when the pain has really worn you down to nothing in most of my cases. the idea permeates your thinking for days. then you just off , and do it. because there is nothing left to do.
my most successful was just a plan that came together , and we excuted.

I have reached a level of pain and hopelessness which is unbearable. Every day sucks. So I should be able to do it. Maybe I get stopped by the fact that to do it at first i must organize that the house will be empty otherwise if i'd live alone for example I am sure that I would have died months ago.
I guess I really must force myself to finally do it.
