suicide is painful but a way to make it a little less painful is clarifying to them it isn't their fault at all because they'll never stop questioning if they did something or could of done something. I hope everything goes well

Maybe if the note has some kind of explanation in it so they might understand, maybe that might make it less painful. But anyway I hope that you find freedom from your suffering, best wishes.

sometimes a note leaves more questions than answers. it depends on how you write it but the idea is to write the reasons and tell them that you love them very much. there was a user who left an outline of how to make a note. the note always has the purpose of reassuring the family.Similar threads
