Many young men are under the assumption that society is eventually going to collapse.

This is never going to happen. The people in charge understand that the game is over if society "collapses."

Yes. Things are getting worse at a fast pace and people are "waking up."
No. It will not matter. The people in charge will use their influence and potentially force to make sure that no matter how many people wake up, nothing changes.

Yes. World hunger will be solved.
No, you will not be healthy eating toxic omega-6 plant-seed garbage that is only eaten because it is dirt cheap.

Yes. Racism will be ended.
No you will not be friends with your neighbors. You are too anxiety-riddled or mentally ill from social media and the internet.

Yes, Climate Change will be fixed!
No you will not be able to enjoy the world from your shoebox apartment in a mega-city.

Yes, Your neighborhood will be safer!
No, you will not be able to enjoy this with your family. Y

Yes, you will be happier!!
No you will not be able to achieve this on your own without the assistance of antidepressants (that have the added benefit of making you a more productive worker :smiling: )

This is the future. There will be no "collapse" because the people running the show are doing "good things."

collapse is inevitable withinn the next 100 years as we run out of resources fresh water, helium, lithium, sand, ect and since nothing can travel faster than the speed of light
it take 100 years to reach other planets capable of sustaining life, i highly doubt humanity will be around in 200 years time the collapse of civilization is inevitable due to resource depletion

We will eat bugs, own nothing and be happy - this may be our world within eight years from now. My good friend Klaus Schwab says so :smiling:

A "collapse" is a rigid word. I believe that society at large will collapse soon or eventually, but there will be smaller communities that will rise up and continue living. I'm sure that the inhabitants of The Line in Saudi Arabia will be one of the last habitable zones if a "collapse" does occur.

If this is what you choose to believe so be it. Though current events, especially in Europe would prove you wrong. Racism is alive and well and basic necessities (including food) are more expensive then ever. But again, believe what you like.

I think some people have overly dramatic idea of what "collapse" will entail, but I do think the industrial world is in a state of decline or contraction. We'll certainly lose many things we currently take for granted. Even if they were somehow unified or coordinated in their policies, I don't think the "people in charge" have the will or capacity to stop this process.

It looks kind of like a controlled but deliberate demolition to me. Various problems including supply shortages, currency devaluation and war despite some of this stuff not making much sense or else being seemingly unnecessary. I mean the Euro alone looks like it's in freefall atm. But then what do I know, I am very low IQ.

Silly stance in my opinion. A lot of "collapses" already got us, we recover, but by no means society has this much order in it.
African countries never got out of the "collapse", Syria has a war that's been going on for half o my life time. Most countries are actually in shambles already.
Also racism is actually on the raise, i am pretty edgy, but now i read things online that makes me shiver.
Human life being considered nothing, tortured under false pretenses of human rights. I saw someone restricting it to text only.
