Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I asked to my medical insurance to an appointment in Psychiatry to get a new recipe of my meds (Sertraline and Amiltrypiline), and there was only availability in virtual meeting (Videochat with the doctor). Ok. No problem. But it resulted that the medicine recipe has a little problem: the issue date is missing in two of the pages of the recipe, and without that, I can't pick up the meds at the pharmacy because there is a law in my country who is mandatory to issue all controlled substance recipes with the issue date, specifically, in the 1st copy who left at the pharmacy, and the 2nd one who I keep, to prevent A) To pick up more than necessary and avoid reselling of antidepressants and another stuff B) that I allege that I hasn't receive the meds yet and go to another pharmacy.
Sure, I know I'm suicidal, I know that antidepressants doesn't do miracles, but at least ease my existence. Since I have this problem, I formally put a complaint in a Consumer website of my country about this issue and the Customer Service chat of my medical insurance told the same thing that the doctor said: our system can't issue the recipe with the date in all the copies.
So, basically, my medical insurance is an a***ole and I'm out of antidepressants and anti anxiety pills since a month.
