Right now I am calm, silently prepping 3 different methods to ctb, closer to the time I will choose which.
Si is a bit of a shit, in my mind I plan to take something that will sedate or alter my mind so that rational thinking is impossible. At the moment I don't connect with myself anyway, it's like I'm looking in, this being the case my mind is somewhat disconnected from my body already.
If it's a jump, at 30m I will just start running to the edge and try and empty my head. The other methods I have the means in place but they will take a bit more planning to find the right environment to carry it out
Failure is not an option so planning well is all I can do to mitigate things
