It actually can. You have no idea what you are talking about. So many people take SN without protocol or don't have the luxury to have all the items required.
Sn is the main thing who kill you.

Every post like this that I've read since last November has been followed up the next day with another post about how disappointed they are that they failed with SN, and about what a miserable night they had. That being said, I do hope that this spontaneous individual is an exception and has found peace .
