I will try to keep this short & sweet as I don't like goodbyes and more so because I don't have much time left.

I have been using this forum since 2018, some will know my previous account on here, I self banned as I was sectioned under the mental health act & also tried to give life another chance having a break from everything. It was my last attempt at recovery. It failed and life is not for me, and I am not religious but I hope I will be reunited with my girlfriend who hung herself in 2018.

25g SN with 50ml of water x 4

Yes 4, reason of the 4 doses is because I have a 100g package and failure is not a option so an overkill is more comforting for me, also if I am sick I have four doses one after the other. I am only taking 20mg Olanzapine with it as that is what I am currently on.

I have not had food for 32 hours, which is enough torture.

I will drink tonight at 12:00AM Monday, UK time. Which is in just over 3 hours time.

I have gave a trusted friend & member on here, my family's social media account names so he can confirm my passing.
