Today I tested co ppm with ct 300 ppm and within second it goes 5000 and alarm full of sound, I tested it from co pure cylinder

That proves the device is reliable and the CO is pure enough. If it could read more and the CO is 99.99% pure it would potentially go up to 999900PPM.
I tested this device with the car exhaust and it read 30 ppm.
