Tea or coffee?

Anybody ever try that "tension tamer" blend from Celestial seasonings? My neighbor gave me a box and Im thinking why? Do I have tensions that need to be tamed? Or is this just some nasty,bunk shit that you dont want?

I know it's random but this is always my conversation starter.

I'm a tea loving gal.

My mum is from Ireland so we started drinking tea from an early age, I need at least 4 cups before I have a coffee.
