If I don't access to prescription drugs to help with the affects of SN, would over the counter nausea medicine help and if so, do I take it before I take SN before or after the nausea medicine?

I think OTC meds wouldn't help much. Read Stan's guide in the Resource section and follow the instructions to a guaranteed death.

I've read stans guide. All of the medication is prescription meds. That's why I asked if OTC for nausea would work

I wouldn't bank on it. Can you seek prescription meds from a GP on account of 'food poisoning' or 'nausea from other medication?' The latter worked for me, but I had to ask twice to get the correct type. Asking for travel sickness will get you the wrong stuff.

From what I've read, it sounds like it won't be enough.

If I can't get meto or something similar, I'm planning to just have a back-up glass of SN.

I've heard the same. I'll have back up glasses as well. I've read fasting is the key so it can get absorbed quickly.

I wouldn't advice this but there are cases where people managed to CTB via SN without any anti emetics. No meds. It was accidental in one case and they lost consciousness in 10 minutes.
But yeah, for a guaranteed way out...I would suggest taking the prescribed pills. Maybe if you take any anti psychotic it would work as an anti emetic too.
If you want meto, go to a GP and tell them you've been having migraines. It has been mentioned in the thread that it often yielded good results.
