Hi

Do any of you have thoughts on whether it would be useful to attempt taking SN without taking acid reducers prior?

I know that they recommend taking something such as Tagamet before taking SN. I have metoclopramide but silly me forgot to order acid reducers along with the SN.

Would it be too risky to attempt drinking the SN without doing this before?

Also, when measuring 15grams, do any of you know how many teaspoons this would be (roughly)

Thank you

3-4 teaspoons

Acid reducers help with absorption. Can you go to your local pharmacy or grocery store to get some. If you live in the USA then Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVS and the such sell Tagament which is what they recommend to take.

If you can find it try Famotidine.

Famotidine, an H2-receptor antagonist with a thiazole nucleus, is approximately 7.5 times more potent than ranitidine and 20 times more potent than cimetidine on an equimolar basis. Thus, requiring smaller dosage for the same effect.
