Taking SN and type 2 diabetes

I recently was diagnosed with type II diabetes, and was wondering how that may have an impact on taking SN. Here are some of my questions:
  • Will it be more painful?
  • Will it increase or reduce the chance of succeeding to cbt?
  • Will I need to change my regime in any way because of it?
Any other tips or information will help, thanks
