Tagamet Question for SN method

I have one last question before i go. It says take 800mg of Tagamet which is equal to four pills but the box says don't take more than 2 pills (which is 400mg) a day. Are there bad side effects if I take four?

Honestly, from my research, acid reducers actually decrease the pass out time. You want your stomach to be acidic so it can create nitric oxide that acts as a vasodilator and lowers blood pressure
