Method Swallowing 200 pills of 100mg phenobarbital - antiemetic needed?

Actually @Sunset Limited also advises 300 (or 30g) would be better go with than 20g, so if you really want to make sure it'll definitely work, go with 30g.

The only reason I tend to say go for 17-20g is because I've read a post here before (https://sanctioned-suicide.net/threads/phenobarbital.88594/#post-1619873) that says lethal recovery is possible up to 16g. To be honest because of my coeliac disease, if I didn't also plan on getting some isotonitazene (and it's gonna be a lot too, like 10gs of a drug that's said to be slightly more potent than fentanyl, I'll be surprised if that don't do me in despite my various digestive problems) I would have gone for another 10g of Pheno too.

Sadly I can't say how much volume 200 pills would be even in crushed form. But I strongly recommend crushing them, you don't want to get pharmacobears.

If you're going to do it, do it right. But 200 crushed pills is a lot. My stomach turns just thinking about it. For sure, crush them and blend with a soft, easy-to-digest food.
I've tried to OD on anti-depressants and benzos before. Woke up in the pulmonary ward, with charcoal all over my chest. Asked my husband for a cigarette. He said, "Honey, you're in the hospital! You're going to Psych after your lungs have healed!" Kind of a funny memory, in hindsight.
I'll never try pills again, especially since N is not available, anymore.
Not trying to discourage your method. 200 phenos sounds like enough, just prepare yourself for a possible bad outcome.

Have you tried swallowing 200 tablets at once? It's not as easy as you think it is. Also good idea on the garbage bag, I know that's what Heaven's Gate did. But rather than holding onto drawstring it might be better to go with an elastic band, and just hold it open with your thumb so when you go unconscious, your thumb slips out and the elastic closes around your neck with the bag attached.
