Should I be worried about my purchases looking suspicious? I can afford to get SN and Tagamet -probably can't get antiemetics but I think I might have prochlorperazine at home already but I'm not sure. I've also got cyclizine hydrochloride which I used to take for acid reflux/nausea but I don't know if it's a dopamine blocker. Anyway, if I get SN and Tagamet will it look suspicious and lead to my browsing history/purchases being monitored and possibly and intervention or something? I'm probably being paranoid but I really don't want to draw any unwanted attention to myself by having a weird looking transaction history or whatever, I bought some rope about a month ago and I'm just worried someone going to figure out I'm planning on ctb and intervene.

I've bought primperan, tagamet, metomax and 3 batches of SN and have had nothing come from it. You'll be fine.

I understand the feeling but there is no way that someone will intervene. If that was the case, my browsing history alone would have me committed.

not entirely sure who you think would see your purchases and then report you (?) so that your browsing history would then be reviewed...but, i'm sure that it isn't out of the realm of possibilities in this day and age. news stories of data collection and sharing are common. however, larger companies are generally doing this to find trends that will help them market, or sell to marketers, etc and are not going to drill down into a specific person's history in order to monitor them.

with that said, i do highly recommend taking some precautions when using the internet, especially when searching/browsing things you don't want to be traced back to you. this is what i do:

1. subscribe to a VPN. there are lots of well reviewed ones out there and you can do anything from a monthly to yearly to multiyear subscription
2. download and use Tor as your web browser. it's free and helps to keep you anonymous when using the web.
3. make sure you are signed out of any sites that track browsing history such as google.
4. use anonymous encrypted email such as protonmail for communication you don't want to be associated with a personal account.

these are just some basic things i do. there are plenty of articles out there on best practices for keeping your info anonymous that will offer better insights than i can give. hope this helps.

I think it comes down to a huge spike in paranoia more than anything, though I wouldn't be particularly surprised nowadays to find out a lot of what we do is being tracked.

I really ought to have started using VPNs and Tor when I first started looking into stuff like this so it'd probably be a little useless when I plan on ctb soon, though it's a very good suggestion!

I don't do things in half measures.
Probably a dumb question but are you combining all methods or just having them as backups just in case?

Darn, posted a day before I joined. That'll be my excuse though, rather than me being exceptionally gullible, lol
