Venting Support needed

I'm sorry. This is probably irrelevant (I'm just a new member) but I seriously don't have anyone to go to at the moment. Had a pissy argument with my partner through a call and they hung up on me, and as much as I'd like to break up with them sometimes, I can't bother letting them go. They're just so special to me because nobody else has made me feel fulfilled to the slightest but them, yet they're not answering my calls anymore. I've tried getting my few friends to call them, but no luck. I feel so alone and isolated. I'm afraid of going to my friends for support because it feels as if I'm wasting their precious time. I need someone, anyone on this forum to cool my nerves. I'm just upset and angry at the same time. I just want to stab the wall again. It hurts, it all hurts. I don't even know why my partner is still keeping me alive.
