If discovered within 6-10 hours of ingestion there is a good chance of successful treatment; albeit you may well be left with ongoing liver damage and lifelong consequences.
Even if you die, Paracetamol poisoning is not an easy death.

70 grams is almost 2.5 ounces!! You'll start throwing it up before your through swallowing them. You have a very high chance of liver damage & about 99% chance of failure.
That type of OD is seen as a definite suicide attempt so probable stay in a psych ward.
I would think this through!

Iv got anti sickness tablets, i took them throughout the day last summer before taking almost 430 tablets of amitriptyline and zopiclone and i was never sick.
