Somewhere on the resources there is a link to a free book called Five Last Acts. You can download it as a PDF, it is brilliant. It's not too technical, although i have some difficulty with some areas of it right now, due to being deeply depressed. It does contain much more than inert gases in relation to a peaceful exit, but the chapter on that is the most thorough i have read.

Hey man please don't do this. You are so valuable and you are loved. All of your regrets and current problems will pass, even if it doesn't seem like it. If you haven't already done so please try going to therapy and/or taking antidepressants. They both help greatly. And if you can't afford that, there are therapy resources online that you can try either by yourself or with your loved ones. Mental illness can be overwhelming sometimes but you are stronger than you think and you can overcome it. I'm not online often but dm me if you want to talk :)
