Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

people are never gonna understand it and will always have the notion that suicide is only for crazy people.
but it can be highly rational...
when there IS no solution to fix your life, and you know this for sure, it doesn't make you crazy for wanting to end the suffering.
but mainstream people are never gonna understand that.

the old classic "sucidie is a permanent solution to a temporary problem"...
how do you know it's a temporary problem, asshole?

do permanent problems exist? yes.
so what makes you so sure that other people's problem is only temporary?

i don't get it.

but it's probably due to all the people who just throw around "i'm gonna kill myself" over nothing,
and then people think that there can never be a legit, rational reason.

i agree with you, but it is also not rational to blame people for what they utter out of ignorance.

ignorance lies at the foundation of our being, so when people speak their minds against suicide, try to realize they do so out of ignorance.

only when we actually encounter the truth of a thing do we fall into silence, deciding...

I understand, for me non-existence would solve everything and is just all I see as positive, I'd just always prefer to not exist than be burdened with this torturous, deeply undesirable existence I always saw as a mistake. For me it'd be rational as if I don't exist I cannot suffer, there is no suffering in an eternal dreamless sleep where all is finally forgotten, I could just never see any point to any of this anyway, to me existing really is just waiting to die and I always find it the most terrible tragedy how this existence was even imposed causing all this harm and suffering in the first place.

agree with everything, except that.
I think it's way worse than that, you can explain a rational and legit reason to them, but it won't change their mind. i don't think it's them drawing a wrong conclusion, but instead just pure ignorance
