As far as what to take, whatever you want. Dome people drink alcohol, some people take some sort of antianxiety medication (benzodiazepines for example). It is up to you.
This is an invaluable reminder. I've moved far away from my long-planned final resting place and there's a bridge not too far away. It looks like an awfully big drop from up top but it's only 30m to gravel. Not worth the risk. It is a known spot but not a huge number of cases have been published.Similar threads
