How this would go? I heard 120 tablets of 2mg would be a kill, how bad it would be and how quick? Would I vomit? I have quite few of them around 90 tablets, on the next visit at the doctor could get 60 more and would make up to 150 tablets of 2mg.

Did you look up the side effects, Tuto? There's a very long list and they sound miserable, but nothing that says it could be lethal. Please consider further research in the WIKI above.
