Suicide and bible (RANT)

Before I start a rant. I am a Christian.
Not a good one but a Christian none the less.

To start. Heres a bible quote

So that quote is to start my rant haha.

Hi! My name is Rainbow Dash and today ill be ranting about Christians who cherry pick shit in the bible!

As the quote above please i urge you to read the bible and make your own opinion rather than blindly following "preachers" "pastors" or what ever or who ever talks about the bible as they OFTEN cherry pick and take things OUT OF CONTEXT and just a small phrase and that is all and live by it rather than the entire verse or just straight up out of context.

Now when i say this... Let me give you an example rather than ranting on and on.

SUICIDE!!!

Is it a sin... I THINK NOT!

No where in the bible does it say suicide is a sin.
Yet for some odd reasons many churches and Christian secs say it is dispite no evidece to support it other than "Though shall not kill" as stated in deuteronomy 5 and in exodus 20.

Kill, Murder. What ever translation.
Not "kill thy self or others"


"You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you" (Deuteronomy 4:2).

So why is it that all these "christians" say and cherry pick shit.
How are YOU to tell me its a fucking sin when you cant even back it up...

ANd yet you want to call me a fake christian because i have tattoos... self harm scars... tried suicide twice or thrice.......

Yeah take that log out of your own eye mother fucker.

SO... No single passage, quote, or mention that suicide is a sin.

Yet more than one implications that adding words to the scripture or putting words in gods mouth... well clearely more than one about that as referenced above.

So please go on and tell me how im going to hell if i kill myself and ill laugh and say no i wont.
But you will go to thell for lying and twisting the bible and adding words to gods mouth peice of shit.

I do not preach, i do not even quote or speak of the bible or my religion outside of church or family or friends when we do bible study sometimes. But i would never ever use the bible in ANY of my arguments as its not my place to speak about god or bible.
I even admit im not a good christian but i dont preach or shove shit down people throats.

SImple life lesson is just do you... As long as what you do doesnt bother others.

Well suicide is kill (yourself) how does it translate?

Also, Christians say masturbation is a sin, where in the bible says it is? Or pornography is a sin? Pornography didn't exist when the bible was written as there was no internet

If "Though shalt no kill" includes "killing thyself"

Why can we kill animals for sacrifice or just kill them in general if that falls in the definition of kill?

Please be mindful im not arguing just saying context is everything.

With all the stuff that was happening in the bible at that time from moses killing an egyption to cain and able im positive that "kill" means murder of others not self (Before commandments)

Just as killing animals was fine dispite commandment saying its not

1. To put to death.
2. To deprive of life.
3. To put an end to; extinguish.

Same can be said about "
Leviticus 19:28
Ye shall not make any cuttings in your flesh for the dead, nor print any marks upon you: I am the Lord

As that references to marking and bleeing out for the people who worshipped Baal

Wich is once again all about context and of their time period.

But thats my understanding and interpretation.

The closest direct translation to (לֹא תִּרְצָח) is "no unlawful killing". So historically speaking yes, but laws change. In some areas/denominations the view has changed to a "death by disease" classification.

Instead he was comforted by an Angel.
Even got fed and got a drink from the Angel.
Cake and water.

Twice.
