Suicidal Thoughts Due to PMDD

This past week or so my suicidal thoughts were so overwhelming I sent out goodbyes and tried to hang myself. Now that I've actually started my period they've significantly lessened and I feel stupid…

My sister is making me live with her and it sucks and now I have been separated from my method. I just made my life way harder for no reason now, maybe I can still find someone to ctb or finally get so sick of everything that I try again.

That's why you should research your method and carefully plan it. Impulsive gestures are rarely successful and just lead to getting monitored and restricted.

I can relate a lot :(( I also suspect having PMDD and had a suicidal breakdown for 4-5 days :(( Hope you find what you are looking for
