Absolute classic for me- "Smother" by Daughter. Not explicitly suicidal but you get the gist through these absolutely poignant and beautiful lines:

"I should go now quietly / For my bones have found a place to lie down and sleep"

"In the darkness I will meet my creators / They will all agree, I'm a suffocator"

And the most beautiful and deep line of all:

"I sometimes wish I'd stayed inside my mother / Never to come out"

The quintessential "suicidal" music is depressive suicidal black metal (DSBM). I mean, it's even in the name after all (although I hate using the term "suicidal", especially when referring to music, because what does that even mean?... Music that tends to kill itself?)

It is cool to see other users share a love for this type of music every now and then, because it is very fitting & on brand to the community of SS, and I never pass up the chance to share some more obscure bangers in this subgenre.
My first ever username on this site was a reference to this song by a band called I'm in a Coffin.
They are without question one of the most depressing, melancholic and soul-wrenching groups I've ever heard.

Spoiler: Here's some other outstanding DSBM worth hearing..

Hope I did my part in putting you (and hopefully some others) onto some true "fuck all life, it's time to die" tunes.

When I do CTB, it will definitely be to DSBM.
