Just read a news article posted today by the BBC about a man who suddenly passed away due to Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndrome. I won't post the link since I think it's maybe insensitive to post an innocent death on a suicide forum, but I wish something like this could happen to me so I didn't have to go through the action of suicide.

" A pathologist later concluded Andy died from Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndrome (SADS), which is also known as Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.

According to Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY),an average of about 12 people aged under 35 die suddenly from a previously undiagnosed heart condition each week in the UK.

Research has shown that 80% of these deaths occur with no prior symptoms."

I read that this morning and had the same feeling. 12 a week seems a lot too that's 10% the rate of suicides in Britain a year.

It's more likely that our hearts will give out during strenuous activity, one reason I like the deadlift in combination with not doing any cardio. Should really start drinking butter and slamming down porkchops, though, but I don't want to increase my bf%. The "there is no reason to live if you can't do deadlift" guy died whilst deadlifting at the gym, btw. Some heart failure.

I'm hoping there's something wrong with my heart as I get heart palpitations and chest pain that I don't think is always related to anxiety. Probably caused my absurd diet. Suicide by self destruction. I hope I have a heart attack.

I know a couple of people who have dropped dead and there's been a few in the media over the years. The ones I know were all men. I think sometimes I'm losing it so much I feel like I'm going to have a stroke or something. Knowing my luck I'd just be paralysed

I read it too recently. My heart could be damaged by my medication. I hope so much I die in my sleep. This would be extremely wonderful. I don't want to kill myself. I hope something else does the job for me. Dying in my sleep sounds so peaceful.

This would probably never happen to me, I am not that lucky. I do envy those who die this way and I envy dead people in general. They do not have to suffer anymore.

Because I've had enough of anti-vaccine propaganda, it's dangerous and quite pathetic.

Inflammation of the heart tissue is a rare side effect of the covid vaccines - and a proportion of people who got this have died. However, by saying "it's the vaccine, expect many more" you're insinuating that the rate of SADS has increased exponentially during a roll out of BILLIONS of doses of vaccine.. which it hasn't.

The incidence, mortality rate and severity of myocarditis is significantly increased in those with the actual virus, and it's likely those who got myocarditis from the vaccine would have got it far worse from the actual virus.

If you have 100 different vaccines but don't like 1 does that make you anti vaccine, 100 breeds of dogs but you don't like American bully; are you then anti dog?
