After toxic relationships and toxic friendships and almost getting killed by a friend, it all happened last year but suddenly I feel exhausted that I have to put so much energy into walking or thinking or eating etc. I'm on an antipsychotic and antidepressant. Usually they helped me have a lot of energy but now I'm just exhausted physically and emotionally and it's hard to even type this. What's wrong with me? I sleep a lot if that makes a difference. Please I need answers

I'd rather be homeless with good health.

It's where the body shuts down. It's trying to survive without having energy. An absolute bastard to live with.

Yeah I am there too. I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry your friend(?) almost killed you. I went through that with the person who abused me, it's messed me up for life. On top pf that a lot of betrayal and then "small" betrays of people in my life refusing to listen to me or believe me. I'm so burnt out. Did a small dose of mushrooms a couple days ago and it helped a lot, so I'm going to try again with the mushrooms.
It sounds like you may be affected by your medication, I know a lot of people who felt exhausted by their medication. It could also be a chronic fatigue thing or the result of constant stress.

This could be side effects of medication, but if you've been taking the same doses for a while, probably not... Any changes in weight, diet? Are you eating well and staying hydrated?

I personally have felt fatigued and depressed since getting covid a few weeks ago.

Maybe you should see a doctor and perhaps switch your medication.

Olanzapine will cause the effects you described, it's a powerful antipsychotic. Turned me into a zombie. There's months of my life while I was taking it that I barely remember.

I had anorexia. Post recovery I was miserable. I was always tired and didn't want to do much of anything. I would awaken, only to fall back asleep on the couch - it took a few years but I got myself to a point where I don't nearly have as much fatigue/brain fog as I used to.

If I could recommend anything it would be to carry a jug of water with you, and getting enough protein. Usually a gram per body weight. Also try to get some exercise when you can...I started with yoga, but even just a walk would do. An if you have a anti depressant that causes drowsiness, maybe talk with your doctor about lowering the dose. I hope your able to push through okay. Fatigue is so draining to deal with.
